▪︎ Warranty Periods

2 years for products made from Cordura.

1 year for products made of eco-leather, nylon, corduroy, canvas and membrane.

1 year for apparel and headwear.
The warranty period begins on the date you receive your order. To submit a warranty claim, simply provide your order number or purchase receipt.
▪︎ What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects (poor stitching or material defects).

Hardware defects (zippers, snaps, buckles, and other fittings), provided the damage was not caused by improper use.
▪︎ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by extreme temperatures, moisture, or chemicals.

Damage resulting from improper care or storage.

Excessive load or use outside the product's intended purpose.

Mechanical damage occurring during shipping or customs inspection.

Please inspect both the packaging and the product immediately upon delivery.
If your order has been damaged during transit:

ask the carrier's representative to prepare a damage report;

contact us immediately.
We will assist you with the carrier's compensation process.

We will review your request within 1–3 business days and offer one of the following solutions:
