Public Offer Agreement

This document constitutes the Public Offer Agreement of the USVIT online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"): Sole Proprietor (FOP) Anastasiia Derkach, Tax ID 3058206500.

By placing an order on usvit.online, the Customer fully accepts the terms and conditions of this Public Offer.

1. Placing an Order

1.1.

The Customer may place an order independently through the Shopping Cart on the website or by contacting the Seller via email or telephone listed on the Contact Us page.

1.2.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance or fulfillment of an order if the information provided by the Customer is incomplete or raises reasonable doubts regarding its accuracy.

1.3.

When placing an order, the Customer shall provide the following information:

full name;
shipping address (city, postal branch, or full address);
contact phone number;
tax identification number (for legal entities and sole proprietors, where applicable).

1.4.

The product name, quantity, SKU, and price are displayed in the Shopping Cart.

1.5.

If additional information is required, either Party may request it. If the Customer fails to provide the requested information, the Seller shall not be liable for improper fulfillment of the order.

1.6.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided when placing the order.

1.7.

An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by the Seller's manager via telephone or messenger.

2. Product Prices

2.1.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) and are valid at the time the order is placed.

2.2.

The Seller reserves the right to change product prices at any time. However, the price of an already confirmed order will not be changed.

2.3.

Product prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping is charged separately according to the selected carrier's rates, except where free shipping applies (orders over UAH 2,000 with 100% prepayment).

3. Payment

3.1.

Available payment methods include:

Visa / MasterCard via WayForPay;
Google Pay / Apple Pay;
bank transfer;
Cash on Delivery via Nova Poshta;
installment payments through PrivatBank.

3.2.

International orders require 100% prepayment.

3.3.

The Seller does not store Customers' payment details. All payments are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

4. Shipping

4.1.

Orders are delivered throughout Ukraine and internationally via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

4.2.

Ready-made products are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Custom-made products are dispatched within 3–7 business days.

4.3.

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery. Upon receipt, the Customer must inspect both the packaging and the product. If damage is found, a damage report must be completed with the carrier's representative.

4.4.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1.

The Customer may return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection," provided that the product:

has not been used;
retains its original appearance;
is returned in its original packaging.

5.2.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

5.3.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Warranty

6.1.

The Seller provides the following warranty periods:

2 years for Cordura products;
1 year for eco leather, nylon, genuine leather, and corduroy products;
6 months for apparel and headwear.

6.2.

7. Liability & Personal Data

7.1.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers but will assist the Customer in resolving carrier-related issues whenever possible.

7.2.

Neither Party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7.3.

By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data for the purposes of order fulfillment, payment processing, and preparation of related documentation.

This consent remains valid until the processing purpose has been fulfilled or until it is withdrawn by the Customer.

Personal data may be shared only with third parties involved in order fulfillment, including shipping companies and payment service providers.

7.4.

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
