Payment & Shipping Information

▪︎ Payment

We offer several convenient payment options:

  • Online payment by Visa / MasterCard via the WayForPay payment system.

  • Google Pay / Apple Pay (available on supported devices).

  • Bank transfer. Payment details will be provided after your order is confirmed by our manager.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) via Nova Poshta with a UAH 200 prepayment, which is included in the total order amount. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery. Please note that the carrier charges an additional money transfer fee according to its current rates.

  • Installment payments through PrivatBank.

  • International orders require 100% prepayment.

We do not store customers' payment information. All payment data is transmitted through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

Payments are processed by Sole Proprietor (FOP) Anastasiia Derkach, Tax ID 3058206500, Chernivtsi, Ukraine.

Within Ukraine

We ship via:

  • Nova Poshta (branch, parcel locker, or courier delivery)

  • Ukrposhta

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, subject to the carrier's available services and rates.

  • Shipping costs are calculated according to the selected carrier's tariffs and are paid by the customer upon delivery unless otherwise stated.

  • Free Nova Poshta shipping is available for orders over UAH 2,000 with 100% prepayment.

  • Free local pickup is available in Chernivtsi (246V Holovna Street) by prior arrangement with our manager.


▪︎ Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Ready-made products are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation (or after payment is received for prepaid orders).

  • Custom-made and made-to-order products are dispatched within 3–7 business days.

Please note that custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel.

  • International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the carrier's operations.


▪︎ Receiving Your Order

Please inspect both the packaging and the product upon receipt at the carrier's branch.

If your parcel has been damaged during transit:

  • ask the carrier's employee to prepare a damage report,

  • contact us immediately.

We will assist you with the carrier's compensation process.

Parcel storage periods:

  • Nova Poshta: 7 days (paid extension available).

  • Ukrposhta: 14 days.
